Shipping and Delivery Information

Shipping and delivery service is provided to all our customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and around the world.

Order Processing:

It takes 1-2 business days to process the order.

Delivery time:

• Delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia takes approximately 48 hours to 7 business days.
• International shipping takes approximately 4 to 12 days.
• There may be some delay in the delivery of the order to the customer for reasons due to the shipping companies, and the customer knows and agrees that LIVEstoreAR will not be responsible in any way for the delay of shipping and delivery.

Delivery and follow up address:

• The customer must provide clear and accurate information about the delivery address and must provide contact information so that the shipping company representative can communicate with him.
• A delay or inability of shipping companies to deliver may occur if the customer provides inaccurate information or does not respond to the communications of the shipping company representative.
• The customer must follow up his order with the shipping company, and follow up the stages of the shipping process so that he can provide them with any data, information or means of communication required to implement the delivery process on time, and the customer bears the responsibility to follow up on the order.
• The shipping company may deliver the products to the customer’s address or to the nearest location to the customer’s address, according to what is available to the shipping company, if the shipping company does not cover the area to be shipped to, and the customer must cooperate with the shipping company to receive the product.
